1. The Managing Noise promotion is open to residents of UK excluding wholesalers and Plantronics retailers selling any of the promoter's range, businesses, employees and the families of the promoter and the promoter’s agents, and anyone involved in the administration of the promotion.

2. The promotional period applies to products purchased from an authorised Plantronics partner between 11 June 2018 – 31st March 2018.
Applications must be received no later than 30th April 2019. All applications must be submitted in full within 28 days of purchase. Applications received later than 28 days after purchase will be rejected.

3. The promotion is valid on the following Plantronics products: Voyager 5200UC, Voyager 6200UC, Voyager 8200 UC and Voyager Focus if purchased between 11/06/18 – 31/03/19 via an authorised Plantronics retailer.

4. The promotion comprises an offer by Plantronics to receive back a portion of the purchase price paid by the participant for certain Plantronics products purchased from an authorised Plantronics Partner during the promotional period, when the participant purchases from an Authorised Plantronics Partner. The minimum requirement of purchased headsets is one (1).

5. Cashback values are published in the promotional leaflet and on the promotional website.

6. Payment will only take place when the participant has provided the necessary paperwork to process their application. The eligible rebate value is calculated based on the quantity of eligible products that have been purchased.

7. Completing the application process can only be done online via http://www.plantronics.com/uk/offers/.

8. Once a completed application is received by Plantronics, the participant will receive a confirmation of receipt via e-mail. After successful verification of the participant’s application, the participant’s rebate payment will be transferred to the participant’s bank account within 28 days. Payments can only be made to a bank account in the country where the participant takes part. Payment will only take place when the participant has provided all necessary details to process their applications.

9. The cashback value cannot be granted to a participant who:
a) has not purchased a minimum of 1 eligible headset in one transaction, from an authorised Plantronics Partner; and/or
b) has not completed the application form online; and/or
c) has not provided a copy of the proof of purchase; and/or
d) has not purchased eligible product during the promotional timeframe; and/or
e) has not submitted their application within the stated timeframe; and/or
f) has not provided all missing details in time; and/or
g) has returned the newly purchased Plantronics products to the retailer and had the full purchase price refunded.

10. Participants providing an incomplete application will be offered the opportunity to provide the required items within 5 days of request by Plantronics. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the application will be denied.

11. The rebate value will only be paid upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the application process online, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Plantronics offers or special price support running in the same period.

13. This promotion does not affect purchasers’ or participants’ statutory rights. Faulty, damaged or defective products, and products which are the subject of consumer credit or distance selling transactions must be returned to the retailer for replacement or refund as provided by, and in accordance with, local law in the country of purchase.

15. Participants should direct all enquiries regarding the promotion and the progress of their application to the Plantronics agent by e-mail, details of which can be found at the end of this document.

16. Applications, copy of the proofs of purchase become and remain the property of Plantronics upon receipt of same, and remain Plantronics property. Proofs of purchase cannot be returned.

17. For the purpose of this promotion Plantronics will commission the following sales promotion agency (hereinafter referred to as AGENCY):

The AGENCY is entitled to process inspect and safe all data submitted in context to this promotion in such a way as to guarantee compliance with applicable data protection law.

All data gathered during the promotion will be used by Plantronics and the AGENCY exclusively for the purpose of this promotion. The data ascertained in this way is treated in strict confidence, and is neither passed on, leased, sold to third parties, nor made subject to advertising purposes. Your postal address and bank details will be deleted 6 months after the end of this promotion.

18. Plantronics accepts no responsibility for lost, late, damaged or misdirected applications for trade-in, except in the event of negligence, fault or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of Plantronics or its agents. Plantronics is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other, failures or damage of any kind.

19. Plantronics reserves the right to alter, amend, or foreclose this promotion without prior notice.
